Developing management capacity and growth to "Gadevski" Ltd.

The company has long experience and tradition in the production of tables and chairs made of solid beech, oak and pine wood. The product list of the company is grouped into two directions: Tables and Chairs. To date, the company stands to the question of improving its management capacity in terms of: -Production Of products while maintaining the same high quality workmanship for all products, thus the company strives to meet the requirements of consumers; Improving the efficiency of the control of resource consumption in order to reduce costs and mitigate environmental impact; - Optimization of business processes in the enterprise. To improve management capacity and following the procedures for selection of contractors according to ZUSESIF and Decree №160, the company will invest in: * Introduction and certification to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015; * Professional services for the development and implementation of integrated software system for managing business processes Gadevski Ltd. 1pc. To increase the management capacity of the candidate are two activities: 1. "Action to develop and strengthen the management capacity through the introduction and certification of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015" 2. "Action to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through the development and introduction of integrated software system for managing business processes Gadevski Ltd." After successful implementation of the Company will comply with international quality standards and environment; will optimize the efficiency of business processes and workflows in the enterprise; will increase their productivity; will increase the average revenue generated from exports and net sales revenue During the implementation of the project will comply with all the requirements related to the visualization of the project.
