SOLUTIONS FOR INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP

The implementation of the project "SOLUTIONS FOR INTELLIGENT LEADERSHIP" will lead directly to development and strengthening of management capacity and will increase the competitiveness and export potential of BULPROS CONSULTING JSC through the introduction and implementation of integrated environmental management, and also by introducing and implementing of ICT based software for managing business processes related to customers, business analysis and implementation of new modules to existing ERP system. The expected contribution of the project is linked directly to the improvement of the market presentation of the company, achievement of higher productivity, cost optimization and thus adding value at all levels of the organization. In this regard, the project envisages the realization of the following activities: 1) Activities for development and strengthening of the management capacity of the company through the introduction and certification of an integrated management system in accordance with the requirements of international standard ISO 14001; 2) Service activities for development and implementation of ICT based software for managing business processes related to clients, business analysis and new modules to existing ERP system; 3) Activities to promotion of the use of information and communication technologies and services through investments in new equipment and special software applications that contribute to the introduction of ICT based software for managing business processes. The project will contribute to the implementation of organizational innovation in the company as through the introduction of the system of environmental management in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001 will be introduced entirely new method of organization of business processes that will limit and control the impact of company on the environment.
