LEADERSHIP IN FOCUS

The implementation of the project "LEADERSHIP IN FOCUS" will directly lead to the development and strengthening of management capacity and increasing the competitiveness and expansion of export potential of the SCALE FOCUS JSC through the introduction and application of ICT-based software system for the management and organization of resources, processes develop products / services and basic business processes and by introducing a system of environmental management ISO 14001. The expected contribution of the project is directly linked to improved market penetration of the enterprise, achieve higher productivity, cost optimization and thus adding value at all levels of the organization. In this regard, the project envisages the realization of the following activities: 1) Activities to develop and strengthen the management capacity of the enterprise through the introduction and certification management systems in accordance with overseeing worldwide standard ISO 14001; 2) Activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquisition and introduction of ICT based software for managing business processes in the enterprise. The project will contribute to the implementation of organizational innovation in the enterprise as through the introduction of the system of environmental management in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001 will be introduced entirely new method of organization of business processes that will limit and control the impact of company on the environment.
