Development of managerial capacity CEYAN Ltd. by introducing a system for planning and resource management / ERP system /

“CEYAN” Ltd. is operating in “Mechanical processing of metal” and is specialized in production of metalware for warehouse/storage equipment; for lifting equipment; SFGs for brake disks and pads; metalware. The project proposal of “CEYAN” Ltd. plans to implement the following activities - to purchase and implement a system for planning and resource management /ERP system/ which will cover all main operational business processes in the company. Currently the production capacity of “CEYAN” Ltd. is 100% fully utilized. The production capacity of the company has reached its full capacity. This requires company management to resolve the situation and to provide an opportunity to meet the constantly growing demand for established production of “CEYAN” Ltd. Therefore, after an analysis and assessment of the needs the company focuses on the introduction of the ERP system in production. The introduction of the ERP system in the enterprise will immediately result in: Increase of average generated export earnings as a result of the investment project with at least 20 %. Increase in net sales revenue to Total project cost with at least 30%. Increase in plant productivity due to the implementation of the project with not less than 12%. The following results are expected after the completion of the project: Enhanced management capacity and growth of SME “CEYAN” Ltd., through the introduction of ERP system specifically designed for the production of the company; Thanks to the implementation of the system the following processes will be improved: the process of planning and decision-making process of the organization of resources, the process of organization of the production process, a process of realization of the products and the process of internationalization of products.
