ZETTA HOSTING SOLUTIONS Ltd. is a company with over a decade of experience in developing and providing advanced hosting solutions, software and hardware products and services for corporate and end customers. Currently ZETTA HOSTING SOLUTIONS Ltd. does not have a unified system for managing the relationships with customers, which creates difficulty in collecting, processing and analyzing the information and leads to poor internal corporate organization. With the implementation of this project the company will implement a new organizational model which will optimize the employee performance, improve the internal communication, increase the revenue, improve the quality and efficiency of services, and thus will increase its overall competitiveness; The main activities envisaged under this project are: 1. Implementation of ICT based software to manage customer relationship (CRM) which will contribute to improving the overall workflow, will meet the needs of the company to cope with the ever increasing number of clients and projects, will improve competitiveness of ZETTA HOSTING SOLUTIONS Ltd. and will increase management efficiency - by lowing costs and eliminating inefficient business processes; 2. Development and implementation in the company of an integrated management system for quality and environment in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; 3. Certification of the integrated management system for quality management and environment in accordance with international standards ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; 4. Visualization of the project. The project will improve the competitiveness of ZETTA HOSTING SOLUTIONS Ltd., by improving the management model and organization of key processes in the business, increase revenue and improve the market position of the company.
