Increasing the competitiveness of Webtrade Ltd. by developing management capacity and organizational innovations.

The overall project objective is related to management capacity and growth development of Webtrade Ltd, by providing specialized services and encouraging information and communiction technologies and services (ICT) implementation. The specific project objectives include: 1) Introduction and certification of an integrated management system in compliance with the international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013, incl. investments in purchase of specialized software. 2) Information resource management system (ERP) implementation at Webtrade Ltd. by developing and introducing ICT based software as well as providing the necessary computer equipment. The project objectives will be accomplished by realizing the following activities: - Developing and stenghtening management capacity activities: 1) Introduction of an integrated management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013; 2) certification of an integrated management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013; 3) investments in specialized software, contributing to management system implementation. - Encouraging ICT impementation activities: 1) ERP development and implementation; 2) a purchase of a new computer equipment, necessary for ERP installation and implementation. - Information and publicity measures; The expected results are: introduced and working an integrated management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013; acquired ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 certificates; ERP system implemented; improved service quality; optimized company's resources and automatic business processes implemented; new markets penetrated; organization innovations related to service quality, environmental management, information security and planning implemented; increased revenues.
