Achieving better management in Supernova media

The main objective of the project is development of the management capacity of "Supernova media" and growth through introduction and certification of quality and environment management systems and introduction of ICT based system for organization of resources. The specific objectives address separate improvements and basic processes optimization through the introduction of the new standards and the encompassing of the entire company activity by an ERP system. The project covers four main activities - updating of QMS in line with ISO 9001: 2015; purchase of equipment related to the successful certification of QMS; introduction and certification of EMS ISO 14001; implementation of ERP system. Its realization will satisfy our need for better management of the overall activity, including resources, quality and information. We will update our QMS, eliminating its current weaknesses and adapting it to the changes in our business and organization. The purchase of equipment will help us fulfill the customer's requirements, increase their satisfaction and create efficiency in the means of observation and measurement. The introduction of the EMS will demonstrate our commitment to environmental protection. The systems of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 will contribute to significant improvement of the management processes in the enterprise and the attitude towards customers, to systematization of documentation and control. The introduction of a single specialized software for resource management (ERP system) will unite the company activity in a single platform providing complete information about the processes. The system will take account for the interdependence between processes, which will contribute to their efficient management and the making of correct management decisions. The synchronization of information will contribute to better management of our resources capacity - people and equipment. The described improvements will allow us to increase sales and profits.
