Management capacity development and growth in Velomania EOOD

This project proposal is aimed at implementation of integrated system for business process management in Velomania EOOD. The new system will replace insufficient software and tabular programs used for business process management at the moment and will allow integration between all departments in the company. The new ERP system will improve all key processes in the company related to planning, decision making, sales, production, resource management and internationalization. Improved processes will influence positively on the overall business of the company and will contribute to the improvement of quality of products and warranty and post warranty services, increased customer satisfaction, improved productivity, improved market positions, product internationalization and optimized waste management. The system will lead to integration, optimization and automation of all key processes, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the future development of the company and new markets penetration.
