Developing of management capacity in Brunata Ltd.

The project is strategic for Brunata Ltd and is aimed at developing and strengthening its management capacity through support for specialized services, and growth of the company through the use of ICT. Within 18 months those activities are planned: re-certification of two Management Systems (MS) in the company; development and implementation of an ERP system and two ICT-based software specialized for business process management (BPM) in Brunata; acquisition of specialized software application for documents’ flow and 4 specialized software for server access, virtualization, management and database use - necessary for the implementation of the ERP system and the ICT-based software; and publicity of the project. Stemming from the project will be the following results: re-certified two MS in the company and acquired certificates in accordance with standards BDS EN ISO 14001: 2015 and BDS EN ISO 9001: 2015, ICT-based software for BPM will be introduced and used in the business, ICT-based software for documents’ flow and server’s software. These are the conditions for optimization of more than 5 process of activities management and organization and the introduction of 4 organizational innovation in the company. The final effect of the project will consist in conditions for the development and improvement of the management and production capacity of the company and to meet the requirements of its customers, which will inevitably lead to increased productivity, overall growth and strengthening of the company, respectively to increase its volumes on foreign markets and raise its internationalization. The project is in line with the EU horizontal policies for sustainable development and equality and non-discrimination and contributes to compliance with the horizontal principles.
