Development of management capacity at BALKAN INTERNET EXCHANGE Ltd.

The overall project objective is related to management capacity and growth development of BALKAN INTERNET EXCHANGE Ltd. by providing spcialized services and encouraging information and communication technologies and services (ICT) implementation. The specific project objectives include: 1.Introduction and certification of an integrated management system in compliance with the international standards for quality management ISO 9001:2015, environmental management ISO 14001:2015 and information security management ISO 27001:2013. 2. Information resource management system (ERP) implementation by introducing ICT based software as well as purchasing 10 servers, necessary for ERP operation. The following activities are planned to achieve the project objectives: 1.Activities aimed at developing and strengthening the managerial capacity by introduction of an integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 related to quality, environmental and information security management. 2.Activities aimed at developing and strengthening the managerial capacity by certification of an integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013, related to quality, environmental and information security management. 3.Activities promoting use of information and communication technologies and services through the purchase and implementation of an ERP system 4.Activities promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services through the purchase of 10 servers, necessary for ERP operation. 5.Publicity measures. The expected project results are: introduced an integrated management system in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013; acquired ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 27001:2013 certificates; ERP implemented; improved management capacity; increased productivity and competitiveness; increased revenues, incl. from export on European and international markets.
