Increasing competitiveness and export potential of Cable Internet Systems Ltd.

The project is aimed at encouraging the use, implementation and application of ICT based systems for management and organization of resources, product delivery and core business processes in Cable Internet Systems Ltd, through which will achieve an improvement of export potential, increase the competitiveness and market presence of the company. At present the lack of implemented software for managing business processes of the company does not allow execution of effective management, which affects in less use and development of existing growth potential of the company. This project aims at achieving growth in domestic and foreign markets "Cable Internet Systems" Ltd. by encouraging the use of information and communication technologies and services. Expected results: • Successfully bought and implemented ICT-based integrated software system for managing resources in the company, working with clients and other business processes; • Successfully implemented Module for Waste Management of operations to the ERP system (part of the aforementioned ICT-based integrated software system); • Successfully implemented organizational innovation related to the use of a system for allocation of employees responsibilities for the first time, new methods of organizing relations with suppliers and customers and others; • Improved 5 business processes: planning and decision making; organization of resources; provision of Internet and information services, implementation of these services and internationalization of ICT services; • Increased an average income generated from exports by 24%; • Increased net sales compare to total project cost with 65.67%; • Increased company productivity as a result of the project to 17.84%. These results will be achieved by carrying out activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services
