Developing management capacity in 5th Degree Ltd.

The implementation of this project will meet the needs of the company in obtaining adequate ICT-based software solution for the organization and optimization of business processes and management - namely, integrated system for process control in the post-production industry. The target group of the project includes all employees. The overall objective of the project is to improve the efficiency and organization of work processes in 5th Degree Ltd. and competitiveness of Bulgarian and international markets by implementing an integrated system for process control in post-production industry, and by introducing management system for environment. Project activities are: acquisition and introduction of ICT based software for managing business processes in enterprise activities for investments in new equipment, contributing to the introduction of ICT-based software activities; introduction and certification of system for environmental management - ISO 14001 and activities for visualization of the project. As a result, the project will greatly facilitate the implementation of all business processes and improve efficiency and overall performance of the company. The project will contribute to the competitive development of the company in many directions - increasing productivity, improving efficiency and optimization of business processes, improve quality of services, increase in net operating revenues, including revenues from exports and consequently increase the profits of the company.
