Management capacity development of EAZ Ltd.

The present project proposal is focused on improving the models of management and organization of the major business processes of EAZ LTD to strengthen the operational capacity of the company and increase its competitiveness. The following activities are planned to achieve the objectives: 1. Purchase and implementation of an ERP system to encourage the use of information and communication technologies and services. 2. Purchase and implementation of a server system, software and licenses to encourage the use of information and communication technologies and services. 3.Information and publicity activities to increase the awareness on EU support. The expected results are as follows: - optimized management of the business processes including implementing a new organization of workplaces and customer relationships. - increasing the incomes, including those from export. - increasing the productivity and competitiveness. The project will be implemented at the premises of EAZ LTD in Perushtitsa. It's duration is 18 months. All activities and costs are consistent with the project objectives and their implementation will contribute to achieving the specific objective of investment priority 2.2 "Capacity growth of SMEs" related to increasing the productivity of SMEs and volume of export of goods and services, produced by SMEs.
