Development of management capacity and growth in KREA DESIGN ltd

KREA DESIGN ltd was established in 2009. Scope of activity of the company is: interior and furniture design, repair and finishing, manufacture of furniture. The company offers interior solutions to corporate and individual clients. Besides professionalism and precision of the workmanship, the design is one of our leading advantages. The company disposes of workshop for production of furniture and design studio, and our employees are proven professionals. The main activities of the project include: 1. Activities for developing and strengthening the management capacity of the enterprise through the implementation and re-certification of management systems in accordance with the requirements of the new revisions of the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 and investments in new equipment, contributing to compliance with the requirements of the implemented re-certified management systems. 2. Activities for promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services, which include activities for the development and introduction of ICT-based software for managing business processes in the enterprise. 3. Activities for the visualization of the project- appropriate publicity measures and awareness according to the rules of Annex Xll to Regulation (EC) № 1303/2013. The expected results are improvement of the capacity of the company for more successful presence on the competitive external markets by introduction and implementation of management systems, ICT-based systems and applications for business management and specifically the acquisition of certificates for re-certified management systems; provision of equipment, contributing to compliance with the requirements of the re-certified management systems; acquiring a license for the functioning of ICT system introduced by the selected provider.
