For more than 20 years ANDREA DESIGN manufactures advertising products for Bulgarian and foreign markets. At present, its product portfolio includes more than 600 original product, and the number of interactions with Bulgarian and foreign partners is constantly growing. All this requires the need for investment in the development and strengthening of management capacity and growth of the company. This project proposal was developed in response to these identified needs. The project aims to improve the models of governance and organization of the main processes in the activity of the company by acquiring and implementing first ICT-based management system for enterprise resource (ERP system). The activity planned for the project is: Activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquirement and implementation of ERP system. As a result of implementation of project activity is expected to increase competitiveness and improve the capacity of ANDREA DESIGN for a successful presence of the company intensively competitive foreign markets. ANDREA DESIGN appreciates the importance of responsible management to protect the environment and therefore the project includes activities to introduce ERP system comprising a module for waste management activities. With the introduction of the first ERP system in the enterprise will be put in practice the following organizational innovation: - Use for the first time on system management of supply chains - Use for the first time a system of allocation of responsibilities of employees - Introduction of new methods of organizing relations with suppliers and customers - Introducing a new method of organizing production (Make-to-Stock) The project proposal is in line with the principles of horizontal EU policies to promote equality between men and women and non-discrimination and sustainable development.
