Improvement and strengthening of the management capacity of Siven Sport Ltd.

This project is directed to improving and strengthening the management capacity of Siven Sport Ltd. through implementation of activities for introduction and application of effective systems for management, reengineering and optimization of the business processes and introduction of ICT based systems and applications for managing the overall operations of the company. Having its main activities in the area of design, production and selling of high-tech sports outfit with its own brand for professional sportsmen and active people, Siven Sport Ltd. is not confined to only producing and selling the particular attire and accessories, but also offers customer care and services before, at the time of and after the purchase. With expansion of the business and increase in the number of customers of the company, there is a need to reorganize the processes, introduction of management systems, systematization of information flows and expand the use of ICT in the company operations in order to improve the service offered and the efficiency of human and material resources used the company. More particularly, the project envisages the implementation of the following main activities: 1) Development and strengthening of management capacity through introduction and certification of environmental management system ISO 14001. 2) Development and strengthening of management capacity through reengineering of the processes in the company. 3) Promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through the development and implementation of an integrated IT (CRM, ERP, BPM) system. 4) Promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through purchase and introduction of software for information management for production models and new designs. 5) Promote the use of information and communication technologies and services through purchase of new equipment and software to ensure the functioning of the introduced integrated IT system.
