Developing management capacity of ERGODESIGN Ltd. by introducing a sales and clients management system, MES system for production processes management and waste management module

This investment project is aimed at developing management capacity and growth in "ERGODESIGN" Ltd. through purchasing and introduction of ICT based software solutions - clients and sales management system - 1, MES system for production processes management -1 and a module for waste management which will be integrated with the current ERP system of the company. Improvement of the planning and decision-making process, the process of resources organization, the process of production organization, production realization and internationalization process and waste management process will be achieved as a result of introducing the software systems. The project implementation will allow the introduction of organizational innovation - will be introduced a new method of customer relations of the company. Increasing the average revenue generated from export by over 28% compared to 2015, increase in net sales compared to investment by 30%, increase in the productivity of the company by over 16% will be achieved in the three years period following the implementation of the project.
