Development of management capacity and growth of Symix Bulgaria Ltd.

The project is aimed at encouraging the use, implementation and application of additional modules to already implemented ERP system in Symix Bulgaria Ltd through which will be achieved an improvement of export potential, increasing of competitiveness and market presence of the company. At present the implemented ERP system does not cover the overall management of activities in the company and does not allow optimization of the business processes, which affects the usage and development of existing potential for growth of the company. This project aims at achieving growth in domestic and foreign markets of Symix Bulgaria Ltd. by encouraging the use of information and communication technologies and services. Expected results: • Successfully bought and implemented Modules to already implemented ERP system in the company, which are targeted to business processes management; • Successfully implemented Module for Waste Management of operations to the ERP system (part of the aforementioned modules to ERP system); • Successfully implemented organizational innovation related to the use of new methods of organizing relations with suppliers and customers and other.; • Improved 5 business processes: planning and decision making; organization of resources; organization of provision of services, implementation of these services and internationalization of software and ITC consultant services; • Increased an average income generated from exports by 31.56%; • Increased net sales compare to total project cost with 42.78%; • Increased company productivity as a result of the project to 13.22%. These results will be achieved by carrying out activities to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services.
