IMPROVING THE MANAGEMENT AND PRODUCTION PROCESSES IN PREDSEDNIK OOD.

PREDSEDNIK EOOD is a company that specializes in the processing of natural stone tiling materials. The company mainly uses "Vratsa limestone" and the processing results in the following product groups: slabs, plates, tiles, stairs, columns, cornices, etc. The activity takes place in the company’s own factory, which is equipped with modern high-performance machines. This project aims to improve the management and production processes as a means of improving the competitiveness and export potential of the company. Improvement of the management and production processes will be achieved through the acquisition and integration of an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) resource management system. The integration of the ERP system has been identified as the most effective and efficient solution to certain weaknesses in the organization of the production process (traceability of operations and of the actions of the persons responsible for the implementation and reporting thereof; calculation of the estimated and final cost of the products; management of the inventory and the provision of materials), sales and customer relations. The following activities will be completed during project implementation: - Provision of the necessary technical infrastructure (conducting a procedure for contractor selection, delivery and installation of the equipment necessary for system operation); - ERP system integration (conducting a procedure for contractor selection, integration and setting up of the system for effective operation in production conditions); - Visibility and publicity actions aimed to promote the EU financial contribution; The integration of the system will lead to significant positive results for the company, such as: - increase in the average revenues generated by exports to 51.31% - increase in net sales by 99.38%; - increase in productivity by 12.45%. Estimated project duration is 18 months and the total budget is 249 705.00 BGN, VAT excl.
