Developing management capacity of "Euromet" Ltd

This project proposal of "Euromet" Ltd. is dictated by the targeted solution for improvement and optimization of processes in the company in order to enhance the management capacity of the company. The development of management capacity will be achieved through the implementation and certification of internationally recognized standards, which will ensure the visibility and transparency of government. Resource management and achieving optimal objectives will be achieved through: implementation and certification of integrated management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:2015, management system according to ISO 3834-2:2006 to ensure product quality and follow company policy and international regulations on environmental protection through regulated recovery. The company has the status of a small enterprise, which makes it acceptable in terms of the target group. The objectives are the development of management capacity and growth "Euromet" Ltd. through implementation and certification to internationally recognized standards and compliance of products with the requirements of the envisaged internationally recognized standards. As a result, will enhance the management capacity of the company will ensure its sustainable development, which in turn will increase its productivity, but will also lead to more successful presence on the company's competitive foreign markets and expanding market positions in international markets. The project will be implemented through the following activities:1.Activities to develop and strengthen the management capacity by:1.1Implementation and certification of integrated management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015;1.2 Implementation and certification system for quality management in fusion welding of metallic materials according to ISO 3834-2:2006;2.Purchase of tangible fixed assets, contributing to the implementation and compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015;3.Visualization of the project.
