Introduction of organizational innovations in "Voicecom" Ltd for improvement of the company productivity and for export volume growth by implementation of integrated software solution for business processes management.

The project proposal is aimed at the implementation of measures that will contribute to the realization of some of the company’s strategic priorities towards the provision of guaranties for increasing the productivity and improving the models, used in the management and organization of the main processes in the company with respect to the increasing client base and the implementation of new services to market. By the introduction of organizational innovations, focused on the implementation of software for business processes management, based on ICT, we aim structured informational resources and easier access to them, automation of some of the activities, related to provision and realization of the services, therefore facilitating the employees’ work and the process of taking decisions by the company’s management, reduction of time, needed for implementation of the tasks, and as an output increasing the effectiveness. This in turn will ensure competitive advantages for the company, as conditions will be created for higher productivity, for increase of the customer base, that would be better served in a timely and smooth manner. The primary activity, defined in the project, includes development by a contractor of specialized software for business processes management, based on ICT, in accordance with the company’s needs and the specific characteristics of the company’s activities. The software consists of modules for resources management and clients management, with focus on reduction of business waste. With the successful implementation of the project and the accomplishment of the set results and purposes, Voicecom will introduce specialized software for business processes management, based on ICT, that will be a completely new organizational method for the company. It will result in improvement of the business management and optimization of the organizational processes, therefore in increase of the company’s productivity and export potential.
