This project proposal of "Vikis Hydraulics" Ltd. is linked to the use of information and communication services and technologies and specialized services for developing and strengthening the management capacity of the company. The project provides the use of services related to implementation and certification system for quality management ISO 9001: 2015 and implementation of ERP system module for waste management activities. This will create conditions for improving the management capacity and better presence of intense competitive foreign markets. The implementation of the project activities will lead to increased productivity, process of realization of services and enhancing the export potential of the enterprise. The project include activities that will lead to development and strengthening of management capacity and activities related to the use of information and communication technologies and services. Achieving the objectives of the project will contribute to the development of the enterprise. After the use of specialized services and project implementation "Vikis Hydraulics" Ltd. will become a more modern enterprise, which will be competitive not only in Bulgaria but also in the European Union, thanks to improved management capacity.
