Implementation of ERP system in "Artek-92"

This project aims to assist "Artek - 92" Ltd. by promoting the use of information and communication technologies by implementing an ERP system. With the introduction of the system it will satisfy the following needs: - Need for improvement of processes related to planning and decision making; - Need for improvement of processes related to organization of resources; - Need for improvement of processes related to organization of the manufacturing process; - Need for improvement of processes associated with selling products of "Artek - 92"; - Need for improvement of processes related to internationalization of products. The target group of the project covers all employees in "Artek - 92" with emphasis on managerial staff in departments and general management of the company. The results of the project will contribute to: - Improved and structured business processes in "Artek - 92"; - Increased revenues earned from the export of the production of "Artek - 92"; - Increased revenues generated by domestic sales of "Artek - 92"; - Increased productivity of the enterprise. The main project activities are: - Implementation of ERP system; - Purchase the necessary hardware for optimal performance of the ERP system.
