Growth of company "Avanguard" Ltd. using information and communication technologies

Avangard Ltd. TIMS bakery was established in 1991 in the town of Vidin and the main activity is the manufacture of variety of metal products. The company specializes in manufacturing a wide range of fireplaces, stoves, household boilers and accessories. The company has a distribution network throughout the country. Looking for opportunities to increase the volume of sales and gain new markets is the main engine of company continued growth. To increase the volume of sales and expand the company’s market share, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of the organization. Optimization of business processes, quality and timely execution of orders can be achieved by improving the activities of decision making and organizing the processes in a unit system. This project proposal aims at ensuring sustainable growth of Avangard through service activities in the area of development and implementation of an ERP system with CRM functionality corresponding to the purpose and scope of company’s specific needs. The planning and decision-making processes, the management of resources and production process, the process of reaching customers and target markets will be improved through the development and deployment of an ICT based software. This will introduce innovative to the company organizational development and strengthening of management capacity as well as new channels for customer relationships and imposing company’s wide range of products in international markets. The project contributes also to a sustainable development by selecting and promoting economic development strategies by the company tailored to protect and improve the environment through management of production waste.
