Improving the capacity of DILCOM BULGARIA Ltd. for better management and organization of key business processes.

DILCOM BULGARIA Ltd. (DILCOM) is a company registered in Varna in 2002. DILCOM produces a wide range of adhesive and non-adhesive labels, foil labels and tags for special purposes. In recent years, due to the technological innovation of the company achieved by own resources and by the financial support of four projects under the Operational Programme "Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy 2007-2013", DILCOM BULGARIA Ltd. extended its portfolio with a number of new products. The company has implemented and certified management systems in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, and ERP system - SAP. Successfully developing its activities the company has accumulated in its daily work a large amount of data for customers, placed orders, samples, offers, contracts, schedules, pricing conditions and all kinds of other documentation. In the departments of sales and marketing the lack of a single database for potential and existing customers, as well as system for their management, is sensible. The economic policy of the company for better servicing of customers and meeting their needs requires optimization of internal company organization and processes in line with the new capabilities of informational technologies and the latest international standards. In response to perceived needs, goals and changing market conditions DILCOM BULGARIA Ltd. provides investment in updating and re-certification of the quality management system available, according to the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015; implementation and certification of EMS according to ISO 14001: 2015 and implementation of a CRM system to an existing ERP software, together with the necessary for its functioning equipment. The realization of the project idea will extend and strengthen the management capacity of DILCOM, will create prerequisites for the growth and increase the export advantages of the company.
