Developing management capacity and growth at ET NIKOLAY KYOSEV - ZARINA 95

The project will help satisfy established in the enterprise need to improve internal processes to organization and implementation of adequate mechanisms for improving the quality of manufactured products. The overall project objective is to increase business efficiency and competitiveness of the Bulgarian and European market through the introduction of an integrated management system in accordance with standard BS EN ISO 9001 management system quality and BS EN ISO 14001 - a system of environmental management environment. The specific objectives, which will achieve the overall objective of the project are: - To increase efficiency and optimize the production process of the enterprise by bringing the process in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001 and BS EN ISO 14001; - To improve the market position of the company through optimization of management and organization of the activity; - To bring the production processes and technologies in accordance with the introduced ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; by purchasing modern oven for baking bread, bakery products and fresh pastries; - To increase confidence in current and potential customers and business partners. Target group of the project includes all employees in the company. There are activities for implementation and certification of integrated system; activities for delivery of new equipment necessary for practical application of standards and activities for visualization. As a result of implementation, the project will contribute to the strengthening and expansion of NIKOLAY KYOSEV - Zarina 95 on the national market and create opportunities in the international market, increase productivity and net sales revenue and introducing key for organizational innovation, with significant effects on overall activity and development of the company.
