Management Capacity Development of Antany Mebel Ltd.

This project proposal aims at developing management capacity and growth of enterprise in the field of furniture production. Implementation of the project will bring up the enterprise capacity on a more successful presence of intense competitive foreign markets through the introduction and implementation of management systems and implementation of activities for processes re-engineering. Objectives and results will be achieved by the implementation of the following activities: 1. Activity for developing and strengthening the management capacity through introduction and certification of system for environmental management BSS EN ISO 14001: 2015; 2. Activity for developing and strengthening the management capacity by purchasing new equipment required for the introduction and enforcement of compliance with the introduced and certified system for environmental management; 3. Activity for developing and strengthening the management capacity through the use of specialized consulting services for process reengineering in candidate's enterprise; 4. Information and Publicity
