Improving the management and organization model and building capacity for growth of "Terra Communications" JSCo.

The overall objective of the project is to improve the management and organization model and build capacity for growth of "Tera Communications" JSC. The specific objectives of the project are: 1.Development of managerial capacity and growth through re-engineering of the business processes and introduction and certification of system for environmental management according to the requirements of ISO 14001:2005 2.Promotion the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquisition and introduction of ICT based system and application for management of business processes (ERP system) Project activities include: 1.Development and strengthening of management capacity through re-engineering of business processes 2.Development and strengthening the management capacity through introduction and certification of system for environmental management according to the requirements of ISO 14001:2005 3.Promotion the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquisition and introduction of ICT based software for management of business processes (ERP system) and the necessary equipment and specialized software applications 4.Visualization of the project The target groups of the project are: the staff and the managers of the company, its customers, partners and suppliers. The results of the project are: - Report from implemented re-engineering of business processes - Introduced and certified system of environmental management according to the requirements of ISO 14001:2005 - Acquired and introduced ICT based software for business process management (ERP system) - Acquired equipment and specialized software applications for the ERP system - Visualization As a result of the project the company will meet its needs related to improving its efficiency, profitability, increase of exports and strengthening its competitive position at the international market and as a whole will improving its capacity for growth.
