Improvement of the management processes and the organization of "Media Planning Group" OOD and introduction of organizational innovations in the company

Project "Improvement of the management processes and the organization of "Media Planning Group" OOD and introduction of organizational innovations in the company" aims through the introduction of ICT technologies for the management and organization of the activities of "Media Planning Group" OOD to develop the management capacity and the performance of the company for its successful presence on the Bulgarian market and in highly competitive foreign markets. Through the purchase of new equipment necessary for the functioning of the Business Intelligence software and the acquisition and deployment of the Business Intelligence software the following processes will be improved: - Planning and decision-making - Organization of resources - Organization of service provision, - Realization of the product - Internationalization of the product / service. In addition will be introduced organizational innovation in the company consisting in strengthening the accountability in decision-making. Bringing together the entire database of the company, analysis and visualization of various correlations and relationships between processes and the possibility of easy access and sharing of this information will lead to substantial savings of time and cost associated with the administrative processes of the company. The Business Intelligence software will eliminate the need to use paper in reporting and analyzing the data (the main waste from the operation of the company). In addition, the purchased equipment will be of higher energy efficiency class, and thus will reduce the use of electricity for the functioning of the equipment and for its cooling; will reduce the emissions of noise and heat in the working environment in the company, which will also contribute to achieving the sustainable development principles.
