Developing the management capacity and growth of G amp; V Ltd. through development and implementing of ICT based software for managing business processes / resources - Uniform Resource Management (ERP) and ISO certification;

Since 1995 Gamp;V Ltd. is one of the first companies with an official license for the production and bottling of mineral water with very low mineral content, offering quality and variety of products for every day under imposed brand SAVINA; On 8500m² in Busmantsi, municipality Iskar in Sofia city, the company has its own source of water and fumbled factory developed infrastructure that enables the production and logistics to effectively manage.Over the years the company has invested its own funds in new production equipment to meet the rapidly changing technology and seeks to be competitive in their sector; Currently Gamp;V Ltd. has no unified system for resource management, which creates a number of problems in collecting, processing and analyzing information and production and leads to inadequate internal corporate organization in a period of dynamic development and inability to implement sales via e-trade and modernization of working with distributors in the country. With the implementation of this project the company will introduce a new organizational model that will optimize employee performance, improve internal communication, improve the quality and effectiveness of our products, and this will increase the competitiveness of Gamp;V Ltd. The main activities envisaged under this project are: 1. Development and implementation of ICT based software for managing business processes - Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) 2. Developing and implement a system of environmental management in accordance with international standard ISO 14001; 3. Certification under ISO 14001; 4. Visualization of the project. The project will improve the competitiveness of Gamp;V Ltd.by improving the management model and organization of key processes in the business, increase revenues and improve market position.
