Improving the management capacity of Mebelor Ltd.

The main aim of the project is the development of the management capacity of Mebelor Ltd Planned activities -Activities for acquiring and implementing ICT-based software for business processes management in the enterprise. -Acquiring and implementing software for resource management (ERP system); -Investments in new equipment that will contribute for the introduction of ICT-based software for business processes management in the enterprise. -Introduction of a system for management of the environment in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015. -Certification of a system for management of the environment in accordance with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015 -Visualization of the project. The project will contribute for the competitiveness of the enterprise in the following aspects: -Improving the planning and decision making process. -Improving the process of organization of resources -Improving the organization of the production process. -Improving the process of the production sales -Improving the process of internationalization of the product
