Developing management capacity and growth by implementing a system for business process management with module for waste management

"Vanina Export" is one of the leading companies in Bulgaria in the sphere of manufacture of wheels, retreaded tires and import and trade of tires and rims for light trucks, trucks, buses, agricultural, industrial and specialized equipment. A major problem facing the development of the company is the presence of excess items scattered throughout the country, a large number of diverse orders and lack of a common database system, resulting in cumbersome processes and numerous errors and omissions at work. With the implementation of the project, "Vanina Export" AD will solve these problems and develop management capacity and sustainable growth, through the deployment of ICT-based system for managing business processes. The software also has a module for waste management, which aims to limit any negative impact on the environment and improve the company image to customers. The project will be implemented by acquisition and introduction of ERP system for business process management module for waste management. The result is expected to develop management capacity and to ensure sustainable growth of the company on the national and European market.
