Developing the management capacity and growth of ANESTO Ltd. through implementation of standard for environmental management ISO 14001 and development and implementation of ICT based software for managing business processes / resources - Uniform Resource Management (ERP );

ANESTO Ltd. was established in 2007 with headquarters in Sofia and main activity: manufacturing and marketing of household goods, sanitary hygienic and more. Its products are known in the market under its own brand ANESTO. The company produces more than fifty product of high quality materials - imported from Germany, Italy, Austria, France, Israel, Romania and others. To evolve and adapt to dynamically changing business environment as a result of expressed in global technological ICT globalization and to meet the needs and expectations of its customers and partners, ANESTO recognizes the need to increase management efficiency and optimize operations . The company's management aims simultaneously to increase efficiency, planning, implementation and control of all units and improving the image of the organization by specifically taken responsibility for environmental protection; Currently ANESTO has no unified system for resource management, which creates difficulty in collecting, processing and analyzing information and leads to poor internal corporate organization. With the implementation of this project the company will introduce a new organizational model that will optimize employee performance, improve internal communication, improve the quality and efficiency of services; The main activities envisaged under the project are: 1. Development and implementation of ICT based software for managing business processes - "Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and implementation with existing equipment of the company; 2. Implementation and Certification of environmental management in accordance with International Standard ISO 14001; 3. Visualization of the project; The project will improve the competitiveness of the company by improving the management model and organization of the main processes, increase revenue and improve market position of the company.
