The optimization of business processes and quality fulfillment of customers’ orders within the agreed deadlines is possible by improving the decision making activities. Within the project, the company plans to introduce software for managing business processes ERP system with SRM functionality closely linked to the specifics of its activities. ICT system to be implemented is a fully integrated solution that includes management of all core processes of which the company depends on the successful development and fully meeting the modern needs of companies engaged in production. The lack of a specialized system to support the successful implementation of core processes of which the company depends does not allow increasing the efficiency of work processes in the company. There is a risk of admission gaps in operational performance and it is difficult to plan of current and long term tasks.
