Developing management capacity for growth in AVIOREMONTEN ZAVOD Ltd.

The project envisages implementation of activities that provide development management capacity and growth of the company. These activities include: 1. Implementation and certification of management systems of quality and environmental requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and to ISO 14001: 2015; 2. Achieving the CE marking of products to market - new lighting fixtures; 3. Re-engineering of processes in the company to improve the management and control in the repair of aviation equipment, taking into account and provided for producing a new range of energy efficient products; 4. Investment in new equipment to control the repair of aviation equipment with guaranteed high accuracy, thereby ensuring compliance with the quality requirements specified in ISO 9001: 2015 and compliance with the European requirements for repair of aviation equipment by account the results of analyzes and decisions about redesigning processes from executing reengineering. To implement these activities provides attract: - Specialized consulting organizations to support the preparation of documentation and implementation of systems for quality management and environmental requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015, to prepare the product for "CE" marking, as well as planning and implementation activities reengineering; - Accredited Certification Organization for certification to ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015; - New equipment, consistent with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, taking into account the results of reengineering the processes of the company. The choice of these organizations will be carried out in strict compliance with the statutory requirements, user performance and contract provided in publicity, transparency and non-discrimination. In the implementation of the project will comply with specified requirements for publicity and visualization.
