Increasing the management capacity and growth in " KEM Boikinov" Ltd

This project proposal aims at developing management capacity and growth of enterprise in the field of the production of optical lenses. Implementation of the project will bring up the " KEM Boikinov" Ltd capacity on a more successful presence of intense competitive foreign markets through the introduction and implementation of management systems and implementation of activities for processes reengineering. Objectives and results will be achieved by the implementation of the following activities: 1. Activity for developing and strengthening the management capacity in the field of quality through introduction and certification of system for quality management comply to BSS EN ISO 9001: 2015; 2. Activity for developing and strengthening the management capacity in the field of environment through introduction and certification of system for environmental management comply to BSS EN ISO 14001: 2015; 3. Activity for developing and strengthening the management capacity through use of specialized consulting services for processes reengineering in " KEM Boikinov" Ltd; 4. Activity for developing and strengthening the management capacity by purchasing new equipment required for the introduction and enforcement of compliance with the introduced re-engineering; 5.
