Increasing the management capacity of Janev engineering Ltd.

"JANEV Engineering" Ltd. is specialised in the production of metal products from sheet material. The enterprise is an export-oriented enterprise and during the past years significantly expanded the volume and geographical coverage of its operations. The increased volume of work requires a new approach in the organisation and management of the company and optimisation of the business processes to cope with the new challenges that come with rapid growth to improve. The overall project objective is to increase the competitiveness and the export potential "of JANEV Engineering" Ltd, by improving its management capacity and the organisation and overall performance of the company. The specific objectives of the project are: - To increase the efficiency and optimise the business processes in the company through the implementation of an integrated software system for resource management and customer relationship; - To eliminate the subjective factor and create prerequisites for informed and reasoned managerial decisions in the company; -To create conditions for quality guarantee through re certification of the current QMS version to ISO 9001: 2008. -To increase the market share and the revenues by improving the service and increasing the trust of current and potential customers and business partners. The target group of the project includes all employees. The project includes activities for acquisition and introduction of integrated software resources and client relations management system, re certification in conformity with ISO 9001 to the new version 2015, project visualisation. The project will contribute to increasing the competitiveness of the company in several directions-quality assurance, improved planning and control, increased productivity, improved efficiency and business processes optimisation, improved communication and relationships with customers, increased revenues and profits.
