Developing of the management capacity and growth of ASSIST Ltd. by support and implementation of specialized services and promotion of the use of information and communication technologies and services

The project will facilitate the developing of the management capacity and growth of ASSIST Ltd. by support and implementation of specialized services and encouraging of the use of information and communication technologies and services, achievement of growth more than 30% of export sales. The company will implement consultants services and will invest in new equipment for the re-engineering of 5 business processes: I.Providing consulting services for re engineering of 5 business processes: (1) planning and decision making; (2) resources and supply management; (3) organization of production and service provision (4) implementation of maintenance services (5) increasing export sales volume. II.Implementation of systems for environmental management in international standard ISO 14001 : 2004 ;management systems and information security ( ISMS ) ISO / IEC 27001 : 2013 certification. The company is certified with ISO 9001 : 2008 and will be re certified to ISO 9001: 2015 . iii.Introduction and implementation of integrated sofware inforation system - ERP IV. Vizualisation of project: The project is focused upon introduction for the first time of unique system for maintenance and service of automatic gates,doors, access control systems - over 3,000 items with the creation of 6 service and maintenance centers in Bulgaria and the Western Balkans. A brand new business model for service and maintenance centers with professional and functional teams will be introduced - based on European experience and legal norms and standards for the regular maintenance of automatic door systems and access control. The duration of the project is 18 months.
