"PRO MET DESIGN" LTD is a progressive and rapidly growing company engaged in the manufacture of custom steel components and precision metal constructions. At present the company has reached its capacity and cannot continue its development as all processes are done manually and the operative information transmitted by e-mail leads to gaps, generating delays and lower the credibility of the company. The production process is characterized by the separation of scrap metal, which can't be organized and monitored by the lack of system and further slow down the process and have a negative impact on the environment. The software features a module for waste management, which aims to limit any negative impact on the environment and improve the company image to customers. The project will be implemented by acquisition and implementation of ERP software for business process management and module for waste management.
