Developing management capacity and enhance the competitiveness of "WhyBN Sofia" Ltd. by implementing a CRM system and management systems in accordance with international standards EN ISO 9001: 2015 and EN ISO 14001: 2015

"WhyBN Sofia" Ltd. is among the market leaders in the field of advertising and audio-visual projects. Since its creation the company has built a reputation for flawless partner, offering world-class quality and wide scale in the realization of their projects. In professional circles are recognizable high creativity, excellent quality of work and tight deadlines. The main activities that will be realized by this project proposal are: - Purchase and implementation of software for managing customer relations (CRM system); - Investments in the purchase of tangible fixed assets - hardware needed for operation of the control system - The introduction and certification standard for Quality Management (BS EN ISO 9001: 2015) and a system for environmental management (BS EN ISO 14001: 2015) With the project we aim to improve and develop the management capacity of the enterprise, consolidate its market position. Its successful implementation will help us meet these needs: - Manage customer and all related activities; - Improving communication between departments; - Manage relationships with associates and partners; - Management and systematization of the document in the company; - Maintaining a consistently high production quality assurance through implementation and system certification for Quality Management (BS EN ISO 9001: 2015); - Ensure compliance of the company's activity with the requirements of the management of the environment (BS EN ISO 14001: 2015). The whole investment with its own resources is impossible for us due to the lack of available financial resources. At the same time the continued delay of the project would lead to a backlog of serious competitors in the market that have better organization of their relationships with customers and not lose time in several data entry and technical errors.
