Development of the management capacity and growth of HI COMPUTERS LTD by implementing an effective information system for management of company resources (ERP-system)

HI COMPUTERS LTD is a company offering services and solutions for information security. Since its creation in 1998 up to now the company's activity has significantly changed and grown, which requires a new way of organization and process optimization, distribution and reporting of work and more. NEED FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW ERP-SYSTEM WITHIN THE PROJECT is determined by the development strategy of the company, which aims to increase the competitiveness and export potential of HI COMPUTERS LTD. HI COMPUTERS LTD has sufficient technical, manufacturing and administrative capacity in terms of the applicability of the new ERP-system. The company has considerable experience in the implementation of projects related to optimization of workflow and increase of competitive advantages, including the implementation of projects financed by the EU and this will help the successful realization of the current project. Additionally, for the purposes of the project the company needs to purchase new equipment that will contribute to the implementation of the ERP-system. This project complies with the principle of effectiveness and efficiency and all activities are in compliance with the objectives of the Operational Program and lead to achieving a specific objective and results of the investment priorities at the proper ratio between the estimated costs and benefits. Project activities are planned to promote the use of information and communication technologies and services; planned activities and submitted budget are realistic and effective in terms of the purpose of the project and planned expenditure. All project activities are in accordance with the principles of the EU horizontal policies of equality and non-discrimination and sustainable development. The implementation of the ERP-system will improve management processes and organization of the work of HI COMPUTERS LTD and will have a direct contribution to the implementation of organizational innovations at the company.
