ELEMENTS OF SUCCESS

The implementation of the project "ELEMENTS OF SUCCESS" will lead directly to the development and strengthening of management capacity and will increase the competitiveness and export potential of the VIRGIN GROUP BULGARIA Ltd. through the introduction and implementation of integrated environmental management and information security, and also by introducing and implementing ICT based software system for management of key business processes (BPM). The expected contribution of the project is linked directly to the improvement of the market presentation of the company, achievement of higher productivity, cost optimization and thus adding value at all levels of the organization. In regard with this, the project includes the realization of the following activities: 1) Activities for development and strengthening the management capacity of the company through the introduction and certification of an integrated management system in accordance with international standards ISO 14001 and ISO 27001; 2) Activities for promotion of the use of information and communication technologies and services through the acquisition and introduction of ICT based software for business process management (BPM); 3) Activities for promotion of the use of information and communication technologies and services through investments in new equipment, which contribute to the introduction of ICT based software for business process management. The project will contribute to the implementation of organizational innovation in the company as through purchased and deployed fixed assets and insured specialized services will be introduced entirely new methods of organization in part of the business processes in the company.
