Development of more effective business processes in Prosys EOOD

The project of Prosys EOOD includes activities aimed at overcoming the main difficulties the company encounters in its work. These difficulties are mostly related to the ineffectiveness of key business processes, excessive expenditures of time and resources, the lack of established management practices for planning and decision making, the need for improving the work organization and increasing overall management capacity of the enterprise. As a response to these challenges, Prosys EOOD is planning through performing the activities in the current project to provide the right tools for increasing the efficiency and the quality of the manufacturing processes, for achieving a good level of quality management and for ensuring proper mechanisms for managing the organization's influence on the environment. The goal is to achieve sustainable growth, good corporate image and higher competitiveness of the organization. Specific activities that will contribute to this are: - The introduction and certification of a quality management system and environmental management system in order Prosys EOOD to meet the highest corporate standards and improve its market realization on national and foreign markets; - Purchase and introduction within the enterprise of a ICT-based software for production management (MOM system), which will organize the manufacturing process in a completely new way, as well as purchasing new equipment, contributing to the implementation of this software. The goals that Prosys EOOD has set through this project are in complete harmony with the company's development priorities for more efficient, higher quality and oriented to the needs of the customers production and sale of manufactured windows and facades, so as to achieve the desired growth in market presence on foreign markets, revenue and productivity of the enterprise.
