Improvement of management processes and the processes of activity organization of „Right Pack“ Ltd. by introduction of ICT-based software (ERP) for resource control in the enterprise.

The current project aims at satisfying the need of the applicant for improvement in the management and organization processes of his/her activity, including: - Improvement of the planning and decision-making processes; - Enhancement to the process of resources organization; - Improvement of the manufacturing process organization and the process of providing services; - Betterment of the process of products and services implementation; - Enhancement to the internationalization process of the products and services. An activity will be implemented on the project with the aim of encouraging the use of information and communication technologies and services by acquiring and introducing of an ERP-system. With the realization of the project a contemporary ICT-based ERP-system for management of the resources in the enterprise will be introduced, which will improve the management processes and the processes of activity organization needed for the planned activity expansion of the enterprise. By executing the project actions the following results will be accomplished: - Increase in the average generated export earnings of 20.01% due to the project investment; - Increase of 133.3% in the net sales income/total project value; - Increase of 12.01% in the enterprise productivity due to the project execution. The targeted goals of the project will be accomplished: - Specific aim: introduction and enclosure of ICT-based systems and applications for resource management and organization, manufacturing activity and the main business processes for the increase in the competitiveness and the export potential of the company ; - General aim: Improvement of the management processes and the processes of activity organization of „Ratt Pack“ Ltd. by the use of information and communication technologies. A targeted group is a beneficiary, workers in the beneficiary enterprise and customers – current and prospective.
