Implementation of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system and CRM Customer Relationship Management system in "Compact Print" Ltd.

"Compact Print" Ltd. is one of the leading companies in Northwestern Bulgaria and in the country with main business activity of producing high quality printed products. Compact Print continuously strives to improve its management activities through application of models of planning and usage of available resources that enable effective and efficient organization of activities, improvement of products and services, and expanding market presence in permanently meeting the needs and expectations of end users. By implementing this project, the company will develop and implement an Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system in order to reduce production costs, increase productivity, reduce the cost of manufactured products and services through the creation of optimal models of management and organization of the main processes in enterprises’ activities. Deploying those systems will contribute also to making information secured decisions that guarantee keeping of proper and targeted company policy. The company aims to strengthen its export activities and increase the coverage of the national market in the long term. The presence of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is directly related to achieving these objectives, since it will improve through their usage the quality of administrative services to customers, will eliminate the possibility of errors due to improper human judgment, will increase the efficiency and profitability of production and will save time and money for the realization of orders. The successful project realization will have a significant effect in terms of improvement and expansion of the core business, increase of product quality, improve of market position and company competitiveness as a whole.
