Management Capacity and Growth Development of Via Expo OOD

This project contributes to the business objectives of the candidate to improve the governance, to achieve effective organization of the activities and to increase the competitiveness of the services offered. The company is experiencing a serious need to improve its performance through refined customer relationships, increase of productivity and optimization of the workflow, reduction of the risk of mismanagement of available resources and information. For the achievement of the corporate objectives and the meeting of the needs identified, the project proposal is aimed at developing managerial capacity and growth through ICT based solutions of Via Expo Ltd by: - service activities for the development of ICT-based system for managing clients and events - activities for investments in new equipment and software applications that contribute to the introduction of ICT based system for event and customers management - service activities for environmental management standards setting BS EN ISO 14001 and a standard for the information security management BS EN ISO 27001 - service activities for the certification of a standard for environmental management BS EN ISO 14001 and a standard for information security management BS EN ISO 27001 The result from the project consists in the optimization and automation of the workflows in the enterprise, the optimized productivity, the improved customer relationships and the expanded customer database, the improved management based on better analytics and forecasting that will ensure the information security and the optimized resource management related to environmental impact, the increased revenues and the enhanced market positions at the national and international markets, the increased efficiency and effectiveness of the company and the quality of services offered.
