Implementation of a management system for the supply of materials to manufacturers and customers to develop and strengthen the management capacity of "Simex Ltd."

Through the implementation of the project in Simex Ltd. will deliver an integrated IT solution to manage the supply of materials to manufacturers and customers. This decision will contain the address database of customers and suppliers of Simex Ltd., as well as options for routing supply in order to achieve optimization of operating costs with the use of digital models of the country and cities. This decision will be based on GIS (Geographic Information System) basic products as a desktop editor extension for network analysis and application software installed on a desktop workstation that will enable it to realize tasks to the project. The management system of supply of materials to manufacturers and customers will be based on network-based tools to perform spatial analysis allowing solving complex problems. The solution integrates model-related data configured for specific objectives and needs of the business to ensure optimization of business processes and their management. Will be done Re-Certification of EMS (ISO 14001) and quality management system ISO 9001 existing certificates. The implementation of the project proposal will contribute to the development and strengthening of the management capacity of "Simex Ltd. will raise the level of work with customers and suppliers and as a result will improve the quality and security of supply. End result of Simex Ltd. will be optimizing production costs, introduction of new organizational methods of production and supply, which will increase the competitiveness of the company in the domestic and foreign markets.
