Development of Topsystem organizational and managerial capacity trough process engineering and implementation of ICT-based management systems

Since its establishment in 2008, Topsystem has been providing manufacturing, delivery, assembly, service and maintenance of ventilation, air-conditioning, electrical and heating installations to private and business customers. The present proposal foresees series of activities designed for the development of Topsystem’s managerial capacity aimed at achievement of higher growth, more efficient resource utilization and improved export positions through utilization of specialized consultancy services for internal processes reengineering and introduction of ICT technologies. In particular with this proposal we aim at improvement of our organizational and managerial capacity through the reorganization of two groups of processes: - Resource organization and production process organization - Decision making and product/services realization processes, including their internationalization The proposal envisages the involvement of external expert force for processes reengineering and company reorganization (by organization innovations). These will provide for process optimization and fundamental improvement of key indicators for efficiency, added value and internationalization. To guarantee sustainability, as well as aiming to accelerate and multiply the positive effect of the optimized processes, the relevant technologies will be secured. The first group of processes will be improved by the implementation of ERP system, while the second – by the provision of access to a complex business intelligence (BI) system provided as Software as a service (SaaS). The successful project performance will lead to improved managerial capacity and revenue growth, including from the international market, of Topsystem through the provision of quality and comprehensive services.
