Developing management capacity and growth by providing specialized services and promoting the use of information and communication technologies and services in AVA-M OOD

The implementation of this project meets the basic need of AVA-M in improving the competitiveness of the company, creating opportunities for the development of managerial capacity and growth by obtaining specialized services and promote the use of information and communication technologies, through the deployment of ICT management tools processes in the enterprise. The enterprise is part of the target group of small and medium-sized enterprises, who face the typical problems facing the development of SMEs in Bulgaria related to inadequate management capacity, including the availability of high demand for investments to improve the models of governance and organization of the main processes the activities of companies. The project belongs to the permissible target of the procedure as it provides activities to improve management processes and organization of the enterprise, as well as activities aimed at providing objective guarantee service quality and processes offered by AVA-M. The main objective of the project proposal involves simultaneous execution of two interrelated objectives, including: - Development of management capacity of the company by obtaining specialized services - Ensuring the growth of the company through the use of information and communication technologies and services. The activities to be implemented in the project include the introduction and implementation of effective management systems and improving the organization of resources and business processes and aligning services with European and international standards. Expected results include improved market presence and potential for export of services to the company through technology to improve the manufacturing process, higher productivity, cost reduction and optimization of the production chain.
