Developing management capacity of AFI 2010 Ltd. by implementing management systems

AFI 2010 Ltd. was founded in 2011. The Company's main source of economic activity is 16.24 - Production of wooden containers. The company has four manufacturing facilities located in Vinishte. In order to improve the production capacity of the company and its export potential with this project provides: - Implementation and certification system for environmental protection according to international standard ISO 14001: 2015; - Implementation and certification system for quality management, ISO 9001: 2015 / re-certification / and purchase of fixed assets directly related to international standards. Fixed assets will be put into operation at the production plant in Vinishte. Through certification introduced standards will increase the selling prices of finished products with a minimum of 10% foreign / western / markets and by purchased fixed assets will increase total production capacity of the company and will reduce the cost per unit of production by at least 15%. Separately will have resistance to product quality. The project will create new workplaces. It is envisaged that the detection of at least one new workplace. The project will contribute to increasing the company's turnover by at least 60% for the next three years after project implementation.
